Visage.Jobs is an HR Tech company that helps recruiters find candidates through their passive talent recruitment platform with the power of artificial intelligence. As the product designer of the project, I was part of the pitch team and was responsible for the experience strategy and the interface design of the feature. I lead the UX/UI work, producing all major deliverables.
Users had a pain point regarding always having to copy-paste email sequences and not being able to customize when publishing a job.
Allowing customers to use existing email sequences when publishing a job, or creating a template that can be re-used to facilitate the job posting task.
During the ideation phase of the project, the following feedback from users was collected and analyzed:
We wanted to form a deeper understanding of our users' goals, needs, experiences, and behaviors. So, we created user stories that were based on the outcomes of the user interviews and surveys,
I began the exploration process with wireframes to accelerate decision-making through visualization without losing time.
My sketches were based on the initial user feedback, user stories, and, the business goal. They each pointed to the fact that there were too many distractions in the flow.
